The 2026 Open Enrollment period has officially ended. The deadline for all benefit selections, changes, and submission of supporting documentation, was Friday, November 21, 2025, at 5:59 PM CST.

The next opportunity to make changes to your benefit plans or enroll in Health Flexible Spending Account or Dependent Care Reimbursement Program will be during the subsequent Open Enrollment period, which will be next fall. You may also make a change if you experience a qualifying life event and notify the Benefits Division within 31 days of the event.

MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLAN RATES

Retirees with Medicare can choose from two plans:

  • Humana ESA PPO Premier: $55 per individual
  • Kelsey Care Advantage: $42 per individual

Dental Plan Highlights

Choose between Cigna Dental CareĀ® (DHMO) or Total Cigna DPPO.

  • DHMO: No dollar maximums, no deductibles, and no claim forms.
  • DPPO: Freedom to visit any licensed dentist, no specialty referrals required.

Vision Plan Highlights

Administered by Superior Vision:

  • Annual routine eye exam $10
  • Yearly eyewear benefit for either eyeglasses or contact lenses
  • $15 eyewear / $25 contact lenses
  • $200 retail allowance for frames
  • $200 retail allowance for contact lenses
