Members who should utilize this portal include:
- Active Employees on an approved leave without pay (i.e. unpaid family medical leave, leave of absence without pay, unpaid military leave of absence, employee suspension, etc.) submitting a direct payment for Benefits due to no paycheck being received (Please Select “Active Employee Benefits Payment” as "Payment Type”)
- Retirees submitting direct payments for Benefits (Please select “Retiree Benefits Payment” as "Payment Type”)

Room Rental & Training Payments
City of Houston employees can use the OT&OD payment portal .
Please follow up with the Office of Talent & Organizational Development for any questions or concerns and to confirm your invoice total.
Subpoena Charges

CMC Donations
